Promoting Sustainable Agricultural Solutions Worldwide

Our dedication to sustainable agricultural solutions is evident through our diverse development programs. We focus on innovative Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) tools, building sustainable performance management systems, and generating high-quality data for informed decision-making. This commitment ensures enhanced program impact and better outcomes in agricultural development and food security. Below are notable highlights from our efforts:

  1. Collaborated with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service to deliver Results Oriented Management Services. This included evaluations of projects in Armenia spanning various sectors, as well as developing strategic frameworks for Animal Health programs in the former Soviet Union countries.

  2. Conducted a performance evaluation of the USAID Inma Agribusiness Program in Iraq. The evaluation informed programmatic adjustments to achieve goals in promoting agricultural sector growth, employment, and income.

  3. Evaluated the Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) volunteer agricultural support project. Our recommendations aimed to strengthen program performance and impact in increasing agricultural production.

  4. Implemented a performance management system for the AERI Business Development Services project in Egypt. The system demonstrated tangible results, including facilitating commercial transactions and loan issuance to smallholder farmers.

  5. Developed a performance management system for the Agribusiness Market and Support Activity (AMARTA) project in Indonesia. The flexible approach included tailored indicators for specific value chains and engaged project beneficiaries in data collection.

  6. Supported the USAID Bureau for Food Security (BFS) through the Feed the Future Knowledge Driven Agricultural Development (FTF KDAD) contract. This initiative facilitated knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation among stakeholders to accelerate best practices in food security.
