INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN: ADDIE MODEL
We adopt the ADDIE model—an iterative process—to curate engaging training and learning experiences:
Analysis: Identify needs, define goals, align with organizational outcomes
Design: Match instructional needs to appropriate learning formats
Develop: Create and refine content with practical application
Implement: Validate products with audience, refine as needed
Evaluate: Assess effectiveness and adapt for continuous improvement
