Data Visualization Training at Delhi University

Q2 Impact delivered a landmark data visualization training in India to college students, professors, and  Operation Asha staff (NGO), the first time this training has been offered at Indian universities. Building capacity in the use of data at the grass roots level is integral to creating a culture of transparency, accountability and data driven decision-making in a country’s journey to self-reliance. Our trainer, Shweta Savale from Syvylyze Analytics, delivered an amazing training experience that was extremely well received. Q2 Impact held the training in Delhi on January 27th -30th at the Hansraj college campus as part of the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching and at the Jesus and Mary College campus, an all-women’s college at Delhi University. Q2 Impact delivered the training through its Center for Global Data Visualization in collaboration with local partner Syvylyze Analytics.

A few reviews from students:

Absolutely outstanding workshop. Will really be able to enhance my productivity in class by using the knowledge I have acquired. Thanks a ton Shweta!

I think it was one of the most useful things I ever learnt which can be applied into real life situations be in academic or business/corporate areas.

I can utilize this in projects, presentation and for future study.

Data presentation has immense significance in order to communication results of our research or even for explaining ideas and concepts to students. Tableau provides a fantastic and clean as well as very effective way to do that.

The data is very useful for my research visualization purpose part.
