Employee Spotlight: Samantha Levine-Finley

Learning Advisor, USAID Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT)

Samantha Levine Finley, is a Learning Advisor at Q2 Impact and has formal training in providing leading, coaching, and facilitation support.  She leads activities that foster continuous learning and improvement and serves as Q2 Impact’s lead on the USAID Knowledge, Data, Learning and Training project (KDLT). In this role, Samantha leads the design and implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for learning, M&E, is part of KDLT’s Technical Advisory Group, which helps to guide technical approaches on organizational learning, integration, and innovation and also designs and facilitates various meetings and workshops.

Samantha has a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and has spent almost 10 years as an organizational ombudsman, providing mediation, coaching, training, and facilitation support within federal and humanitarian institutions.
