Q2 Impact, an innovator in supporting clients’ data-driven decision-making, is pleased to announce the recent award of a prime contract in support of USAID’s Management Excellence for Operations (MEO) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) project. MEO is a five-year, $40 million ceiling initiative administered by USAID’s Bureau of Management (M Bureau) to strengthen operations performance management practices at USAID. The initiative’s three critical areas of effort are:
- Analyzing operations performance data, processes, and management issues to improve USAID’s efficiency and effectiveness;
- Providing surge capacity, support, and technical assistance to USAID operating units; and
- Improving the Agency’s internal and external communications, products and information management, and monitoring and reporting on operations performance management.
We look forward to working with its subcontractor partners, Navanti Group and TRG, to provide technical assistance to USAID in meeting MEO’s objectives.
