Aleksandra Markovich joined Q2 Impact on October 1. She has experience in organizational development, strategic planning, change management, proposal writing, facilitation, instructional design, training, and MEL. Prior to joining Q2 Impact , Aleksandra was a technical manager at Management Systems International and recently led change management efforts for USAID’s Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS) via the Learning, Development, and Training contract. She also managed the Conflict Technical Capacity Building and Training task order with USAID’s Center for Conflict and Violence Prevention (CVP), which offered training on conflict sensitivity to USAID staff and organized an online community of practice promoting conflict sensitive approaches to development.
She has a Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Aleksandra enjoys cycling and designs and makes sterling silver jewelry.
