Q2 Impact is thrilled to welcome Ryan Aghabozorg, who will be joining Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT) team to support organizational learning at USAID.
Ryan is a capacity-building specialist. He brings over 10 years of experience in international development working with stakeholders in the public and private sector to drive social change for greater access and equity.
A former Peace Corps volunteer, Ryan thrives in cross-cultural settings and wields a methodical and multi-faceted approach to creative problem-solving. Ryan believes that human-centered design and collaboration are the drivers of growth. He has experience designing and managing training programs across a diverse portfolio of sectors including; democracy and governance promotion, global health programming, and behavior change management.
Formerly a Senior Project Manager and Instructional Designer at Management Systems International, A Tetra Tech company, Ryan worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and was responsible for managing and implementing multi-million dollar federal contracts.
