Rob Segan joins the Q2 Impact group as Senior Technical Advisor, Innovation and Data

Q2 Impact is pleased to announce the addition of Rob Segan to our Senior Management team earlier this month. Rob joins us as Senior Technical Advisor, Innovation and Data. He will be based out of the HQ office.

A global health specialist with more than 12 years of experience in international development and emerging markets, Rob previously led a team that contributed to more than a $1B in winning proposals for a range of public and private sector clients including USAID, DFID, CDC, and DFAT. He has extensive experience in Value for Money analysis and has led training on Moneyball for development in Asia, Africa, and North America.

As Senior Technical Advisor, Innovation and Data, Rob will lead Q2 Impact’s Innovation team which works to translate new technologies and resources into greater efficiencies in international development. In this role, he will work to uncover new advances in private sector data for decision-making tools which can be applied to development. The Innovation team is part of Q2’s larger Global Health Solutions team with a presence in more than 15 countries.

Prior to joining Q2, Rob most recently served as a Senior Advisor for the Data Informatics and Analytical Solutions team at Palladium. He has an MBA in Health Sector Management and an MPH in Global Health from Boston University.
