PROJECT: International Technical, Operational, and Professional Support Services III (ITOPSS 3.0) IDIQ

The International Technical, Operational, and Professional Support Services III (ITOPSS 3.0) is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded through the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with a ceiling of $250 million. As part of its global mandate, the CDC implements programs to prevent new HIV infections, improve care, support people affected by the virus, and build global capacity to fight the AIDS epidemic. Task orders issued under ITOPSS 3.0 will support field staff, “to promote the health and quality of life of people by preventing and controlling disease.”
