Q2 Impact holds three indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts as part of Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Security Cooperation Support Services. This include:

  • Prime Contractor under Functional Category 1 IDIQ which includes program design, planning and implementation of security cooperation programs, deliverables monitoring, communications management and program resources utilization.
  • Sub-Contractor to McKellar Corporation under Functional Category 2 IDIQ which includes AM&E training support to DSCA.
  • Sub-contractor to Advanced Concepts and Technologies International (Act-I) under Functional Category 4 IDIQ which includes program management, staff augmentation and budgeting assistance to DoD components to support the execution of security cooperation initiatives.
