PROJECT: Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Security Cooperation Support Services IDIQ

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) works to advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. DSCA leads the broader U.S. security cooperation enterprise in its efforts to train, educate, advise, and equip foreign partners (Source: https://www.dsca.mil).

Q2 Impact holds three indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts as part of Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Security Cooperation Support Services. This include:

• Prime Contractor under Functional Category 1 IDIQ which includes program design, planning and implementation of security cooperation programs, deliverables monitoring, communications management and program resources utilization.
• Sub-Contractor to McKellar Corporation under Functional Category 2 IDIQ which includes AM&E training support to DSCA.
• Sub-contractor to Advanced Concepts and Technologies International (Act-I) under Functional Category 4 IDIQ which includes program management, staff augmentation and budgeting assistance to DoD components to support the execution of security cooperation initiatives.
